Welcome to the digital application “Paws App”, provided by PAWS APP PTY LTD ACN 649 796 887 (“we”, “us” or “our”).
Paws App connects users with their nominated veterinary practice(s) (“veterinary practice”) and allows users to:

- access veterinary records, including medical history, purchase details, visit history and future recommended treatment
- receive communications from us on behalf of the veterinary practice, including reminders of upcoming bookings, recommended treatments based on pet history, and relevant pre or post visit information (for example post surgical instructions and aftercare), together referred to as the “services”
The services also include any related products or features provided by us from time to time.
We collect, use and disclose personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) as amended (“Privacy Act”). This privacy policy explains how we handle personal information and applies to the Paws App, related applications, our website and any associated content on social media or digital platforms (collectively “Paws App”) accessed via any device (“device”).

We only collect personal information voluntarily provided by you. If you do not wish to share information, please do not submit it; however, this will limit your ability to use the services.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from any user under 18 years of age. Any feedback from such users will be anonymised.
